It is the established policy of FVF Ltd to provide its clients with products and services which comply with the agreed specifications and which are fit for their intended purpose, to all respects where this is known. Management are committed to the efficient operation and continual improvement of performance and the quality management systemThe purpose of this Quality Manual is to describe how this policy is implemented, to give guidance to our employees whose actions can affect the quality of product and services, and to illustrate the overall commitment to continual improvement to quality performance within our companyThis manual, which is not intended as a standalone document, is supported by detailed Quality System Procedures (QSP’s) and where appropriate by Work Instructions (W.I.’s) to form a set of working documents which define our company’s product realisation activitiesThe quality management system (including this policy) is maintained by audit and review. By doing so, this monitors the processes, the effectiveness & suitability of the Quality Management System and objectives set. This allows us to develop, progress and recognise areas of improvement in order to provide and maintain an effective and reliable services to adhere to the client’s needs and requirements.

Management will ensure all employees are trained to appropriate level and ensure an understanding of the quality objectives contained within our policies is developed, implemented, maintained and continuously improved including the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives which are defined and reviewed annually at the Company’s Management Review meetings.
We publish this statement in the acknowledgement that the quality of our products, service provided and our ongoing developed reputation are based and rely on the everyday practice of our employees.
